Refund Policy

Project deposits
Unless a signed proposal states otherwise, deposits reserve production time and become non-refundable once work begins. If Velor cancels before work begins, amounts paid for undelivered work will be returned.
Ongoing services
Monthly marketing services may be cancelled according to the notice period in the client agreement. Fees already earned, ad spend paid to platforms and approved third-party costs are not refundable.
Change of scope
Requests beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quote. If a project is paused or cancelled by the client, completed work and committed costs remain payable.
Requesting a review
Contact us with the project name, invoice and reason for your request. We will review it against the signed agreement and applicable consumer law. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method where possible.
